David Riolo

Company Director & Talent Management

David is the founder and Managing Director of Titan Sports Management, bringing extensive experience in Rugby League and Sports Management from his career as a National and International Rugby League player. David played as a fullback for nine years in the Australian Rugby League Competition and also represented Italy.

With his in-depth game knowledge and significant business management experience, David excels in assisting clients at all stages of their careers. After retiring from Rugby League, he worked as a sports reporter for WIN Television before shifting his focus to Sports Management. Currently, he is an accredited National Rugby League (NRL) player agent. Additionally, he is an active Australian Oztag Representative.

To date, David has supported hundreds of high-profile athletes, providing valuable insights on career decisions, business ventures, personal achievements, and financial security. His clients include Rugby League and NSW legends such as Paul Gallen, Anthony Minichiello, Ryan Girdler, James Graham, Brett and Josh Morris, Boyd Cordner, as well as dual-code star Karmichael Hunt.

Michael Hudson

Talent Management

Michael is Player Agent at Titan Sports Management. He is currently accredited in National Rugby League (NRL) and Rugby Union.

Michael is also a registered physiotherapist. He earned a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney.

Having grown up in Sydney Michael spent years as a Rugby League talent scout and is passionate about identifying and nurturing future athletic talent. His experience working with various sports teams and athletes as a physiotherapist has given him a deep understanding of the mental and physical demands required to become a professional athlete.

Michael prioritises building close relationships with his clients, recognizing that each individual has a unique background. He believes this personalised approach is crucial for junior development and essential for launching successful careers.

His clients include David Fifita, William Warbrick, Junior Tupou and Paul Alamoti.

Matt Adamson

Talent Management

Matt is Player Agent at Titan Sports Management and is currently an accredited National Rugby League (NRL) player agent.

A former Australian professional Rugby League player from the 1990s and 2000s, Matt represented NSW in Origin and also played as an Australian international in the Second-Row. His career spanned clubs such as Parramatta, Penrith, Canberra, and the Leeds Rhinos in the Super League.

Matt brings extensive Rugby League history, experience, and insight. He has served as Assistant Coach under Matthew Elliott at Penrith Panthers from 2007 to 2008 and held the role of Queensland Coaching Director at the Melbourne Storm, where he also coached in the NYC. He possesses a deep commitment to advancing the sport of Rugby League, highlighted by his coaching tenure with the Fiji Bati International Team in 2018.

Beyond the field, Matt has media experience, contributing as a commentator for Fox Sports and the National Rugby League.

Josh White

Talent Consultant

Josh joined us early in 2017 to come on board as Head Program Director with our New Titan Sports Academy. He hit the ground running to successfully deliver our inaugural School Holiday Clinic in Wollongong, April, 2017. Since then Josh has implemented several new and successful programs such as one on one coaching, Titan Kicking Academy, Oztag gala days and he is currently working on the Oztag Elite Training Camp. Whilst busy with the Academy, Josh has also successfully obtained his accreditation as an NRL Player Agent and signed on several up and coming stars of the game. Josh takes particular focus, not only with up and coming Rugby League males, but in particular the all important women of our game. He aims to assist them to reach their dreams forging careers out of their chosen sport be it Oztag, League Tag, Rugby Union or of course now the possibilities in Rugby League.

Josh is a former Rugby League Player himself, he played with Western Suburbs and Illawarra Steelers as a Half Back as well as spending 3 years overseas with London Broncos and Salford Reds. He also comes to us with a Certificate III in Community Services, has recently successfully acquired his Justice of the Peace appointment and prides himself on being able to identify young talent, being dependable, approachable and reliable.

Blake Riolo

Head Coach – Titan Tennis Academy

Blake has completed his Bachelor of Physical & Health Education at the University of Wollongong and brings an extensive playing background to Titan Tennis Academy based out of Collegians Sports Centre. Blake offers all levels of private coaching including private lessons, hotshots, cardio tennis and school holiday clinics.
