Blayke Brailey

Blayke Brailey is a talented young hooker who made his NRL debut for the Cronulla Sharks in Round 1, 2019. In 2020, Blayke secured the starting hooker role for the Sharks. He was also a key player in the 2018 Premiership-winning NSWRL Newtown Jets team. In September 2022, Blayke was honored with the Cronulla Sharks Iron Man Award, having played every game during the season, with his team finishing in the top 4.

In 2023, Blayke was named to an extended squad for the NSW State of Origin series opener by coach Brad Fittler.

In 2024, Brailey was honored with the Sharks’ Porter Gallen Medal for the second consecutive year, becoming the first player since Michael Gordon to achieve this feat. He led the team in touches, totaling 3,360 for the season, and was also awarded the club’s Iron Man Award.
