Fletcher Baker is a strong and versatile forward known for his work-rate and physical presence in the middle of the field. Standing at 194 cm and weighing 107 kg, Fletcher combines size with athleticism to make an impact both in defence and attack.

He began his journey with the Muswellbrook Rams in NSW before progressing through the Sydney Roosters system, where he developed into a reliable first-grade forward. The young forward made 12 appearances in 2024 for the Broncos and was critical for the Broncos defence. Baker nabbed 262 tackles at 94% efficiency and 833 running metres.

Baker was apart of the 2025 Brisbane Broncos premiership winning season before signing a contract with the Canterbury Bulldogs for the 2026 season.
