letcher Baker is a powerful middle and edge forward currently contracted to the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, where he provides depth and versatility across the forward pack. Standing 194cm tall and weighing 107kg, Baker is recognised for his strong carries, defensive work rate, and ability to play both as a prop and second-rower.

Born in Muswellbrook, New South Wales, Baker played his junior rugby league with the Muswellbrook Rams before progressing through the North Sydney Bears pathway and into the Sydney Roosters system. He made his NRL debut in Round 2 of the 2021 season, scoring a try in the Roosters’ 40–6 victory over the Wests Tigers at Campbelltown Stadium.

Between 2021 and 2023, Baker established himself as a reliable member of the Roosters’ forward rotation, playing 45 NRL matches and featuring in finals football. He then joined the Brisbane Broncos for the 2024 and 2025 seasons, making a further 14 NRL appearances while also helping the Burleigh Bears secure the 2025 Queensland Cup premiership.

Baker signed a development contract with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs for the 2026 season before being granted a release midway through the year to take up an opportunity with the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, where he continues his NRL career.

With 60 NRL appearances and three career tries, Baker has built a reputation as a dependable and hard-working forward whose experience, versatility, and physicality make him a valuable asset for any NRL squad as he enters the prime years of his career.
