Ethan Roberts is a powerful, highly athletic forward and one of the Wests Tigers’ most promising young prospects. A product of the Sydney Roosters development system, Roberts progressed through every level of the elite pathway, from Harold Matthews and SG Ball through to Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup, building a reputation for his size, mobility and work rate.

In 2026, Roberts achieved a major career milestone when he made his NRL debut for the Wests Tigers, marking the beginning of his first-grade career. Debuting as a 21-year-old, he showed strong intent and physicality, finishing with over 120 running metres, 20 plus tackles and a line break in his opening appearance, highlighting his potential at the top level.
