William Warbrick

William has made a move from New Zealand to Melbourne and is contracted with the Storm until 2026. He marked his NRL debut with the Melbourne Storm in the first round of 2023 and concluded the season as the team’s top-choice winger, tallying an impressive 17 tries in 25 games, including a crucial match-winning performance in the semi-final.

Before joining the Melbourne Storm, he spent the previous two years under contract with the All Blacks Sevens. His debut with the All Blacks Sevens was in Cape Town in 2019, where he clinched his first World Series Title. Additionally, he was a valuable member of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Rugby 7s Team, contributing to their Silver Olympic Medal victory.

William’s exceptional contributions to the sport earned him a nomination for the 2023 Dally M Rookie of the Year award. Furthermore, he received the prestigious Billy Slater Rookie of the Year and Best Back Awards from the Melbourne Storm in recognition of his outstanding performance.
