Former Australian Rugby Sevens prodigy Georgia Hannaway has joined the Cronulla Sharks NRLW Team on a three-year deal.

She her country at the 2019-20 Sevens World Series as an 18-year-old and is currently playing for the Norths Devils in the QRL’s BMD Premiership.

“Georgia has great footballing instincts, as she’s shown in the BMD Premiership, and will be a valuable addition to our squad,” Sharks coach Tony Herman said.

“She’s a strong ball runner, extremely quick and will be primed to succeed in the NRLW given her experience in the international arena at a young age.”
