Connelly Lemuelu is a powerful and dynamic forward playing in the NRL with the Dolphins, where he has become a key part of the club’s forward rotation since joining ahead of their inaugural season in 2023. He made an instant impact in the Dolphins’ debut match, scoring a try and quickly earning a reputation for strong carries, tough defence and consistent effort.

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Connelly came through the junior ranks at Keebra Park State High School before moving into the NRL system with the Wests Tigers and then the Canterbury‑Bankstown Bulldogs. He signed with the North Queensland Cowboys in 2019 and made his first‑grade debut in 2020, spending three seasons with the club before linking with the Dolphins.

On the representative stage, Connelly has proudly worn the Samoa jersey, making his international debut in 2023 and featuring in test matches for Toa Samoa.
