Caleb Aekins (born 21 November 1997 in Hamilton, New Zealand) is a dynamic fullback for the Bradford Bulls. He has NRL experience with the Penrith Panthers (2018–2020) and Canberra Raiders (2021).  In 2022, he moved to the UK to join Leigh Centurions, helping them win promotion, before spending three seasons with Featherstone Rovers, where he notched up 44 tries in 82 games. 

Aekins brings speed, elusiveness and versatility — he can play fullback or in the halves — and he’s known for his strong ball-carrying and support play. 

Internationally, Caleb represents Wales, qualifying through his heritage, and made his debut in the 2021 Rugby League World Cup.

With Bradford now back in the Super League, Aekins is excited to be part of this “special chapter” and is ready to bring his experience and talent to Odsal.
