Arrow made his NRL debut in Round 10 of the 2016 season on 14 May 2016, playing for the Brisbane Broncos against the Manly‑Warringah Sea Eagles.
He later represented the Gold Coast Titans (2018–2020) before signing with South Sydney, where he continues to be a mainstay in the forward rotation.
A proud Queensland representative, Arrow has played State of Origin for the Maroons since 2018, debuting in Game I on 6 June 2018 at the MCG. He has made 12 Origin appearances to date.
He has also represented Australia in the Prime Minister’s XIII (2019) and the 2019 Rugby League World Cup 9s, scoring a try in the tournament.
A major career milestone came in June 2024, when Arrow celebrated his 150th NRL match. He has since remained contracted to the Rabbitohs through 2027, continuing to provide leadership, consistency, and resilience to the pack.
Arrow’s influence off the field is equally significant. In 2025, he was awarded the George Piggins Medal and named a Ken Stephen Medal finalist, recognising his extensive community contributions, including support for cancer patients, food relief initiatives, disability inclusion advocacy, and work within First Nations communities.
