Adam Elliott is a tough, versatile forward who will line up for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2026, bringing a decade of NRL experience across Canterbury, Canberra, and Newcastle. Renowned for his physicality, strong defence, and leadership, Elliott excels as a lock or edge forward, consistently delivering high work rate and impact through the middle.
Elliott made his NRL debut in Round 1 on 4 March 2016, playing for the Canterbury‑Bankstown Bulldogs against the Manly‑Warringah Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval.
His career has seen him represent the Bulldogs (2016–2021), Canberra Raiders (2022), and Newcastle Knights (2023–2025) before joining South Sydney for the 2026 season. Across these clubs, he has accumulated 173 NRL appearances, delivering consistent performances built on effort and toughness.
A proud Wiradjuri man raised on Yuin Country, Elliott has earned notable representative honours including Indigenous All Stars (2019, 2024), Country Origin (2017), and NSW Residents (2015).
Off the field, Elliott has been recognised for his community contributions, having been nominated for the 2018 Ken Stephen Medal. He was also named in the 2015 NSW Cup Team of the Year.
