Schoupp made his NRL debut with the Canterbury‑Bankstown Bulldogs in Round 11, 2021, against the Gold Coast Titans, finishing his rookie season with 13 appearances and 3 tries.

He backed up with a strong 2022 campaign, appearing in 19 matches and cementing himself as a regular first‑grader for the Bulldogs.

In November 2022, Schoupp signed a three‑year deal with the Gold Coast Titans, where he continued developing his game, notably scoring a double in Round 3 of the 2023 season.
